This plan allows you to sit back and relax - we handle it all! It includes:
- Guest interaction: our 5-star host handles all before, during, and after guest interactions! We answer questions about the property, manage check-in/out procedures, respond to any questions or issues that arise during the stay, and leave a guest-rating and review after completion.
- Property care: we coordinate cleanings, lawn service, and re-stock items (shampoo, soap, kitchen items, etc.)
- Customized property pricing: we monitor the market and make pricing recommendations based on availability, demand, local events, and more
- Off-site laundry services can be arranged

- List your property on 3+ vacation rental websites and set up customized pricing

Staging & Design
This package includes everything that comes with "List & Go" plus additional design services. With a budget of $500 or more we can update, re-design, decorate, and reconfigure the home to maximize guest demands and help you bring in the most monthly income. You set the budget - we make it work!
